Lobby Level
Evergreen Ballroom; Pre-function Areas
Host a magnificent affair in our elegant Evergreen Ballroom. Warm maple woods, welcoming colors and Japanese-inspired details create an inviting atmosphere for your special occasion. A promenade of columns flanks the pathway from the Wintergarden to one of two pre-function areas, creating a formal yet flowing floor plan. With 13,755 square feet of space that can be divided into eight separate configurations, this ballroom can host 1,420 for a standing cocktail or up to 1,100 for a formal dinner.

Second Floor
Grand Ballroom, Pre-function Areas
For the most exquisite wedding or celebration, step into the Asian-inspired elegance of our 17,745 square foot Grand Ballroom. The third largest event space in the Pacific Northwest and the largest hotel ballroom in Bellevue, the Grand is as stunning as it is spacious. Forty-eight custom-fitted chandeliers shimmer above a rich color palette of golds, chocolate browns and deep Chinese reds. Host up to 1,850 for a reception or as many as 1,450 for a seated banquet in this exquisite space, or allow us to break the room into nine sections. An equally elegant pre-function space featuring dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and 23 foot high ceilings adjoins the Grand Ballroom.

Regency Ballroom, Pre-function Area
Sweeping elegance defines our 5,850 square foot Regency ballroom. Clear Venetian glass chandeliers with gold-glazed leaves provide the perfect blend of warmth and hospitality for any event. The Regency Ballroom is ideal for events of up to 800 individuals and can be divided into as many as eight separate areas. Host dinner in one portion of the room, use another for a dance floor, and even open up an area just for photographs.

Cedar Ballroom, Pre-function Area
For a smaller reception or meeting, opt for the tastefully appointed Cedar Ballroom. Beautiful windows shed natural light on up to 200 guests at a lavish reception, or 140 seated for dinner.
